Egg White & Spinach Roulade

A roulade is similar to a swiss roll. It is light and fluffy, totally perfect for a healthy snack or even breakfast!
Do you know that yogurt is good for dogs? It contains active bacteria that may act as probiotics. I would normally use plain yogurt because those that has a fruity flavour often contain sugar. If you would wish to add fruits to your yogurt, you might as well add it yourself! Fresher and definitely healthier.

Ingredients
220g uncooked spinach
3 egg whites
100g lean pork, thinly sliced
50g cream cheese
1 small tub of yogurt
1.5 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp minced garlic
dashes of cinnamon
dashes of olive oil

Steps:
1. Steam spinach and grind it into small bits. Drain off excess water. (We want spinach to be as dry as possible)
2. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
3. Add minced garlic into spinach and fold it into the egg white.
4. Continue folding in the cornflour until well mixed.
5. Spread mixture into baking tray evenly and bake it for 15 mins at 180C.
6. After baking, turn over the cake onto a new baking paper and allow it to cool.

Fillings:
1. Blend cream cheese and yogurt together.
2. On your lean meat, dash cinnamon and olive oil and bake it for 10 mins at 180C.

Once your cake has cooled down, spread filling evenly and place your lean meat in the middle. You can begin to roll your roulade. Wrap it in aluminium foil and place it in the fridge for at least 30mins/ overnight. Cut it into thick slices and serve cold.
